Server & website upkeep. Nothing more, nothing less.

The Essential plan is designed for businesses that simply need their website and server to remain online and functional — no active development, no content changes, just a reliable safety net. You get SSL renewal, server monitoring, uptime checks, and a small annual allowance for minor tweaks.

Ideal for
Brochure websites, landing pages, portfolio sites, legacy microsites — any website that is largely static and doesn't change frequently.

Important: The Essential plan does NOT include proactive security patching, CMS updates, or backup management. If your site runs WordPress or any active CMS, we strongly recommend at least the Starter plan to avoid security vulnerabilities from outdated plugins.
Response Times & Service Levels
Best-effort support · 72 hr general SLA
The Essential plan operates on a best-effort basis. There are no contractual SLA tiers for bug resolution — support requests are addressed within 72 business hours, subject to scope. Emergencies outside the plan's scope will be quoted as Change Orders.

All excluded items can be addressed via a Change Order at the prevailing hourly rate. Work performed without an approved Change Order is billed at 1.5× the standard rate.

Starter Plan
Complete basic maintenance for stable, managed websites.

The Starter plan covers everything a standard website needs to run securely and smoothly. It adds proactive security patching, monthly CMS and plugin updates, weekly backups, and a regular health check report on top of the Essential plan's server upkeep — making it the minimum recommended plan for any active CMS-driven website.

Ideal for
Small business websites, corporate brochure sites with WordPress or similar CMS, informational portals that update occasionally but need security and backup coverage.

SLA timelines are measured from ticket receipt during business hours (Mon–Fri, 10 AM–7 PM IST). Resolution times are targets; complex issues may require additional time communicated proactively. 99.5% monthly uptime target applies.
